"Pool was overcrowded, but to be expected-it was spring break. Everything was nice, except the carpet in our room was so dirty. I walked on the floor the first night in white socks, which turned black on the bottom. My granddaughters forgot to wear their shoes in the room and the bottom of their feet turned black. The wash cloths were disgustingly black after they washed their feet. Maybe the carpets should be removed and tile put down."

"Pros: The views were beautiful and the staff was very friendly! And my room was very clean. Cons: I was on the third floor, and you only got a private balcony on the fourth floor on up. And could hear doors slamming from neighboring rooms constantly"

"Do not stay here. The photos and description of the facility is very misleading. The big building they show in the photos that they claim is the front of the property, for one is not the front of the property, it’s the back, it’s also not the building you are staying in if you do not have an ocean front or pool view room. The other rooms are in a run down motel that lines the side of the property. The safety and exclusiveness of the building is a concern to begin with bc the lot is also used for the public beach, so those not staying at the “resort” can access all of the property and amenities without a key or badge to get in. The room was dirty, it had trash and half drank water bottles from the previous guests, the shower was dirty, there was no hand soap, and the air conditioner didn’t work. The property smelled of weed as workers were smoking it from a golf cart parked near the beach access entry point. Cigarette butts littered the property. Overall cleanliness in the rooms and property as a whole was disappointing, was nothing as depicted in the images. And forget about going to bed before midnight/1am- the restaurant next door the crab trap and soemthing tacos, every night we stayed there was a group of cars and people who would come hangout and race their vehicles in that large lot, do donuts and squeal tires, and rev their engines so loud to the point of their cars backfiring and it sounding like loud gunshots for hours on end. "

"Beautiful ocean view. Easy access to the beach. There was loud music playing at the pool throughout the day, which made it difficult to take a nap. However, the view was worth it. And it was very quiet and peaceful at night. "
