"Everything was amazing !! "

"This motel is not livable. The floor was so sticky that I couldn’t walk on it, the bathroom door was kicked in on the bottom and the handle was off so you couldn’t close it. The bathroom wall was dark gray and had white holes all over the wall, the tub was chipped all over, the wall next to the bed was so dirty and completely with black stains from shoe prints, the dresser was busted and the front portion of the drawers is missing so it looked like a shelf instead. The only dresser that was working, was full with food crumbs. We found someone else’s Drivers License next to the bed on the floor, the bottom of the front door had a huge gap so we can smell the urine and also people were talking really loud. The parking spots were well lit but there very sketchy people pacing back and forth in front of one the open door. We didn’t feel safe, my truck didn’t feel safe so we left and looked for another hotel which was very hard since it was graduation weekend."

"It was convenient and clean. The only issue is they locked out the room keys before our 11am scheduled checkout time. Luckily there was someone in the room to open the door. "

"Upon arrival we were informed that there would be no hot water for 5 days. This was a reservation, booked almost one year ago for graduation weekend, when all hotels were booked. Thankfully, they refunded my money, and I was fortunate enough to find one single room left at another hotel chain, but had to pay even more because of the last-minute booking the property is very dingy. "

"Room not clean Bathroom not clean"

"Spacious modern suite with large refrigerator, microwave, huge TV, work area, good free internet, limited but adequate fitness center - all very clean and functioning. When I arrived at airport, I called hotel and a free van was sent within 15 minutes to pick me up; leaving the same in reverse for 15-minute drive to airport. So I was able to avoid renting a car, as my conference site (Business School at FSU) was visible out my window, so I could walk. (Staff even offered - unprompted - to drive me to my meeting.) The hotel is essentially on the campus of FSU - that's both a plus and the only minus for me, as one night a student drove around 1:00am-1:30am with boombox blaring. That is not the hotel's fault. But a traveler might want to request a room on higher floor and not facing the street. Immediate area restaurants cater to student clientele, so may need to drive or Uber to upscale dining. Staff very friendly and helpful. I was surprised by getting full breakfast (no extra cost) instead of barebones continental: eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, dry cereal, yogurt, fruit, etc. I would have preferred toning down the music in the common areas - a fault noted by other reviewers as well. In nearly all areas, the Residence Inn exceeded my expectations."

"From checkbin to check out, we enjoyed our stay. Staff was so nice and helpful. Room was extra clean and larger than most hotel rooms. Loved the layout and full kitchen. Will be staying here again! So close to the scene in Tally. Easy to Uber or drive to everything but lets you stay just outside of the chaos of FSU. "

"First off paying over $600 bucks for this hotel was ridiculous but of course it graduation time so all the hotels up charge. Let just say not everything was in order. Soap dispensers were on the floor in the shower instead of on the walls. Had to fight to get soap out of the bottles. Please note I came in from out of town at 10pm for a one night stay. They really got off on me but I guess it’s the norm. Wouldn’t do that again. "
