"Overall, the hotel was pretty decent, especially if you aren't looking for anything too luxurious and just for a place to stay. My closet door was broken and couldn't slide to close, but I wasn't planning to use it anyway. The air conditioner is pretty loud, but it does the job."

"The staff were friendly and kind, especially the nice lady who checked us in. She was very inviting and funny. I do forget her name but it started with a T I believe. Very helpful and thorough. Clean and cozy room. We didn’t use the amenities except a bagel and coffee but those were good."

"I suppose I should be thankful for the price but I did not have a good experience at the hotel. I had no idea there was construction going on during my stay. Most rooms are under renovation. During my stay: there was no shower curtain on the shower. The tv didn’t work. There was no housekeeping in the 4 nights I stayed there. While the staff was nice these issues could not be overlooked and they were slow to resolve them. At least the beds were comfortable and the lobby cookies were tasty. "

"Paid for breakfast but it didn't get honored.outside is kind of sketchy with people hanging out that I don't believe we're staying at the hotel, got woken up in the middle of the night because somebody pulled the fire alarm, so we had to evacuate. These may be a lot of things that the staff didn't have control of the staff was nice.And despite what outside looked like, the rooms were real clean and comfortable Don't know if I will ever stay here again. Not that the hotel is bad, but outside is very sketchy."

"The place was fine enough and Bessie who helped with the breakfast was Stellar. Our front desk staff was nice also and lent us a fan to use. That brings us to the issue of the a/c. It was 81 in the room when we checked in and it took a full day to come Down to 68. It was a little smelly and the maintenance man was kind of rude and accused us of freezing the a/c which was the reason for the room being hot, although we did not freeze the a/c. Bathrooms were clean. The faucet had a leak and also the window casings were literally falling off."
