"Having had to pay for parking to check in at the named hotel, we then travelled to the apartment. On arrival having again paid for parking, we went into the apartment and found the bedroom with unmade dirty sheets and dirty towels in the bathroom. We phoned the hotel who said we could have an upgrade. We eventually found the apartmend due to diversions. The gentleman who met us said he had checked the apartment and it was clean. "We stayed for one night on our way down to Biarritz. The staff were welcoming and the room was very clean. The room had everything you needed for a night. There was a nice outside area with sofas and parasols. There was a small area where you could get pizzas but we didn’t use it."
