"This was a beautiful location. The lake view in addition to the picturesque and well maintained surrounding streets and grounds was breathtaking! The room was perfectly laid out and to be able to open the glass door to the balcony in the morning and listen to the rain on the lake with the rooms electric fireplace glowing while sipping lattes from the lobby cafe was the cherry on top of a great stay!"

"There were several small, but important areas of concern, such as insufficient caulking in the bathroom shower, an area of rotting wood at corner of the door leading out to the balcony and a small ceiling area at corner of room and adjacent to outside wall, that appeared to have some water damage. We did not use the hot tub due to an excessive racketing noise when the switch for the aeration unit was turned on. One does not have to be a quality assurance expert to see how these concerns can negatively impact an otherwise wonderful vacation."
