"Great location and close to designer shops/MRT/Star Ferry. Hotel a little tired and probably needs some refurbishment. However, the staff are 5 star, friendly and so efficient that they can't do enough for you. Well worth taking the club option as the food offering is excellent both, breakfast, lunch and evening. Angela and all her staff especially Maeve and Andrew were welcoming and couldnt do enough to make your stay enjoyable. Special thanks to Lok - Head Concierge and his staff for arranging our transfers from/to Hong Kong Airport and recommendations of places to visit - Macau and the fireworks evening on our last night of our stay. Would recommend this hotel for a stay in Hong Kong as you will receive a very warm welcome and recognition from all the Hotel staff who go above and beyond. We will be back to Marco Polo next trip for sure! "
