"Quiet, clean room, nice staff"

"While the hotel was clean, the room we were in the hot water was luke warm at best, the television in our room was small, the reception on several channels was poor. On hotels.com, it said they has a balcony or patio. The patio leading to the pool has been closed since Covid. The sliding door to it was disabled. Someone in the hotel smoked pot as the hall to my room, smelled of the skunk smell of smoked marijuana both friday and saturday. Indiana prohibits any smoking but nothing was done to stop whoever was smoking dope."

"This was a nice place to stay and reasonable price. The thing I didn't know because it was in small print was that they have you put a $100 deposit. It wasn't a big deal for me to do it was just something I want to share so future guests will know. The hot tub and pool was nice to get into and clean. They have washers and dryers for free just bring your own detergent. The exercise area was decent. "

"Not very clean, coffee pot was moldy, bath tub had black dirt in it. Beds were comfy but would not stay there again. "

"FAITH!! She was a lifesaver! Truly! Us Missouri girls who had a terrible experience next door at Castlewood and felt very unsafe she came to our rescue!! There was only one elevator and it got stuck one day, but really other than that, it was one of the best hotels to stay at and we were in Indianapolis for 17 days back and forth from the hospital. Thank you Faith for all you done! "
