โWe had an enjoyable stay. Its a Hidden Gem. Very upscale and classy. The Chef made delicious meals. Very quiet and private. They have a nice bar onsite.
The decor and ambience is top notch.
We were very pleased with our stay.
They have various rooms with different set-ups. I will definitely pick the luxury suite next time.

โExpedia should know Nyali Luxury Suites doesnโt exist and the real name is The Palms. It cost me buchu $$ in taxi for the confusion in the late hours of night. The owner was stingy with the electric and lied to us and told us that the air-conditioning/hot water wasnโt working.She told us to be mindful of the kilowatts that weโre using. โDo NOT stay here. My taxi driver did not want to drive me to this hotel ad it is in the old part of Mombassa. I insisted. I did not realize this hotel had a 10 pm arrival deadline when i booked. I emailed the hotel and called them 4 times to let them know i would be arriving late. They never replied but did hang up the phone once when they answered without speaking with me. I was not able to access this hotelโ
