Property was a great value compared to other places/prices. I wanted a room for the night & got exactly that. Pros: Cost of room FREE PARKING COLD AC VERY HOT WATER Ice machine on 1st floor Clean room Clean linen Room had no smells Cons: Place has great potential; I understood the game & was not expecting the best. I was satisfied with the adversities the place had & I will be back because of the value I got ❤️🙏🤝.

En très mauvaise état. On a passé une nuit casi blanche a cause d'un mauvais voisin qui parlait très fort toute la nuits comme si c'était dans notre chambre. Pue la cigarette alors que c'est sensé etre non fumeur. Non recommandé.

This motel came with a few little friends that liked to crawl around from the cracks of the flooring. The motel wasn't very clean but at least I made a few roach friends.

Process was lengthy and difficult. Gate didn’t grant me access because it was raining and fob card wasn’t working. Room looked outdated. Bed was not comfortable. Friendly receptionist.! He provided excellent customer service.! That’s why I decided to stay.!

wonderful experience, I came to this facility mainly because one of my favorite movies called "Natale a Miami" was being filmed. having stayed there, it was like having lived a happy moment of my childhood. One and done
Room 222 was unkempt and lacked cleaning. There was food from the previous guest still in the room, the floor was dirty and used towels were piled up in the closet. The bed was made, but the sheets had several stains and a lot of cigarette burn holes (10+ holes). Lastly the towels provided were torn holes in them and looked like light gray cleaning rags. However, the common areas around the facility looked cleaned and the staff were all friendly and courteous.

I feel very much ripped off with this stay, not only was it a completely different price at the hotel than when I booked it, the place was pretty nasty and smelly. Thankfully we only stayed one night. I would not go back.

Don't go here bad place.They throw your stuff away
I would not come back to this place. I have got this place for 2 days. After the first day I left and came back and they threw all my stuff away. When I asked them about where my stuff was at they told me it was trash and they threw it in the trash. And they overcharged me on my car that card. I am very upset about that.

Overpriced for what it offers. Front door is always locked up and we had to ring the doorbell and call management for at least 20 minutes until they opened when we checked in. The swimming pool seems to be okay. Location is good.

Tv was not working, no wash rags to shower, the day I’m checking out, at 10 am I’m in the shower and someone was banging on the door. When I came out and about to check out I asked this maintenance guy if it was he was the one banging on the door. His reply to me was “I know check out is at 11 but I saw the guy (my boyfriend) came out of the room so I wanted to come in and clean) We didn’t even turn in the keys yet. I DO NOT recommend this place at all.

When we first arrived we were given a 2 bed room and paid for a 1 bed king and the a/c didn’t work properly, one of the beds was not made and i had to kill 2 roaches within 20 mins of being in it and i made s complaint and they switched us to a a room we were originally supposed to have, after that it was better then what we originally had.

Run & don’t look back
You I are in shady neighborhood with a hotel that belongs there. What can I say it was a last minute stay and it is what it is. Ughhh it reeked of people smoking in there for the last 20 yrs.

I booked here for one night, and when I tried to check in the office was locked and no one answered the door. I had to walk around for a few hours to get a different room. And then, when I tried to cancel my reservation I couldn't find any information or directions to do so. I was still charged the near $150 for a room I never stayed in!

Don't stay here!!!
Went from bad to terrible. I booked this while on the phone w/ Expedia instead of looking online as I was driving. I arrive and am immediately disappointed at the location and exterior. I suck it up and check in. They still have physical keys here. There is obvious signs of previous forced entries to the door of my room. As it stands now anyone w/ an ink pen could pop the lock. The room is terrible, the bed lumpy and hard. The AC barely works. The furniture is in very poor condition. I settle in and can't get online. Asked the manager & he tells me about the name of the Wi-FI. Turns out it can't reach my room. We spend 3 hours going back & forth with him telling me he is going to check some settings. He eventually gives me the passcode to the Office Wi-Fi which connects but the signal is so weak as to make it unusable. I called Expedia to get a refund. They call the hotel & are told "no refund because he has been here 3 hours" Yeah, 3 hours trying to get Internet...ok. I spent the day using the data allowance on my hotspot. The next morning I ask for an iron & ironing board as there are neither in the room. I get an iron but not an ironing board. I use a table in the room. I was in constant fear of my car being broken into. The couple of times I left to get food I was actually more comfortable in my car than in the room. I would only recommend this place to meth-addicted prostitutes. I would even tell a homeless person "You can do better than this"

I arrived after 2 days of travelling, needed to sleep for 5 hours before going back to the airport for my connecting flight and the reception was closed at 9:46 pm after booking my room online just minutes before :(((((

The Worst Motel Experience in my 79 years of life
At 1:00 a.m. a man pounded on my door yelling expletives. He returned 20 minutes later yelling once more. Alone, I couldn't call the office for help as the phone wasn't working. The next day, not feeling safe I checked out. The clerk did not believe what had happened and would not refund the next 2 nights for which I had paid.

Hotel was good for its purpose for this traveler. Arriving past midnight and not wanting to arrive at family's doorstep in the early morning hour. Decided to stay in a motel close to airport, when really only needed a bed and nothing else.

Hotel was nice 50 years ago !
At check in I was asked for an additional 50 dollar room deposit, which I gave in cash. (I had prepaid the room threw Expedia) I was told by the owner it would be returned on check out. When doing so the next morning no one was on the desk. Lobby was locked and no one would answer the bell. The room was dirty and the furniture was very old. Mattress old and worn out. Only thing in the room that was up to date was the TV and we had to ask for a remote. Pool was dirty and patio needed repair.

Room was ok. No microwave. Parking was free but felt the car needed watching. No breakfast or coffee. Places around though. The Arts park was close by and meant to take my daughter there but didn't get the time. Motel was just for a night's rest and served it's purpose. It's on the US1 and convenient. Neighborhood'S just not that great.

This hotel was OK. Way too expensive for what we got. Clean though. Quiet. No charge for late check in. Did have refrig and microwave in room. Would have preferred a hair dryer. Only 2 towels for 2 guests. Limited parking. Good location, quick access to Hollywood Blvd.

Beach and Towns Sux
Clerk at front desk was rude and needs to practice his customer service skills. Never again will I stay here. Thankfully I found a Ramada Inn a few blocks away.

They took my money before I got there tried to lie boot they don't have any rooms then gave me a room with no ac hot dirty roaches

You won't believe how bad this was
Awful. After booking a room at another place to find out you sent me to a room that didn't exist, I have a 30 minute phone call with some foreigner to get a replacement room. I go to this dump at 230 in the morning. As I'm going to my room that actually has a key and not a card, 5 police cars pull up. The officers get out with guns and ask me if I heard gun fire. I said no but I don't feel very safe here anymore. The officer encouraged me to go elsewhere and told me I was not at a safe place. But it's 230am and I have to be at work in 6 hours, where am I going to go, I'm already at the 2nd place of the night. Upon arrival in the room I use the bathroom to find out there is barely any toilet paper left so I get to use a wet wash cloth to wipe myself. As I get into bed at now after 3am I'm almost asleep when I hear more police car sirens drive by. Morning comes and I go to work and attempt to check out. There's no one at the lobby desk and the door is locked. There's a sign that says pick up phone for manager. The phone of course is dead, no one to be found. I leave the key wedged in the door and leave, still fearful for my life, never ever to return. I'd sleep in my car first.

It was a comfortable place to stay at. Home away from home. Staff were very nice!!! Except maybe one guy...he seemed rude. I'm glad he wasn't the one who checked us in. Cindy was very nice and understanding.
