Hotel was visually appealing and the room was nice. Check in was at 3pm and we could not check in until 5:30pm. We had to leave our luggage in the lobby and hang out until our room was ready. The 4 toilets in the gym area were clogged and not usable. The cleaning crew was likely understaffed.
