I usually always stay here when In Fort McMurray and am always satisfied. The room is spacious, clean and well equipped with amenities. The staff is friendly as well. Underground parking is a plus. Just a reminder, the check-In is located a block away at the prime hotel.

The heat took a long time to get warm in the whole place, tried fireplace-it didn’t work. Tv didn’t work. It’s dated for sure but beds were very comfortable. It worked for what we needed.

This property is centrally located and, thus, easy to find. Unfortunately, that means the bedroom faced the main street in town and was noisy. No staff were available on site; I was informed this was because renovations were being done. Staff at partner hotel (1 block away) were always helpful and positive. Many cigarette-burns in furniture, and bedroom door was locked open (unable to shut door). The kitchen was excellent, but I bought my own pan, knife, and baking sheets to make dishes for Thanksgiving. Housekeepers were efficient and delightfully engaging. I would stay here again.

It was an absolutely gorgeous room at a very reasonable price. It had a full kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and a washer and drier for less than what I've spent on regular no bedroom rooms.

It would be nice to have a few more utensils.we were a group of 4 and only had 2 drinking glasses. A strainer and a broom and dust pan would have been nice. Other then that are stay was great, very clean and well worth the money. We have found our new place to stay in McMurray.

Property always dirty. Empty milk containers in cupboard, tooth paste on counter. When you complain they dont know why you would want a clean room. Could be a great place, layout great, need new cleaners and staff. I even messaged asking them to double check cleanliness. No reply

Very nice property inside. The elevator wasn’t working upto the fourth floor unfortunately and we had to have our key cards replaced 4 times. Other than those inconveniences it was a very good place to stay.

I spent $14.68 on air fresheners to remove the odours from the suite. I understand that some guests rely on the suite’s kitchenette for cooking but I believe the hotel should clean and prepare the room accordingly for this use. I left my plug in air freshener as a courtesy to the next guest and as a simple example of how the room experience can be improved. I also left the febreeze spray behind so the very kind cleaning ladies may make use of it. Have a nice day.
