โThe grounds are very nivce, wide open green for waking dogs and a shirt walk to the river. The food was great at their restaurant and staff very accomodating.โ
โI personally like staying at the Tru Properties. Breakfast - who cares but it is there if you want --- the room was clean the check in was easy. NOW there is construction going on from 9-5 pm SO BEWARE -- outside the building. โ
โMy daughter and I enjoyed a girls trip to Charleston. Hotel was very clean, always felt safe, staff was pleasant and always very helpful. I would stay here again.โ
โOur room was delightful. I enjoyed the local art on the walls, instead of bland hotel abstracts. Everyone at the front desk was exceptionally friendly, including the lady named Sunshine. Highly recommend.โ
โAwesome stay. Front desk lady with foreign accent was wonderful under pressure. You need 2 people there during busy times. They were having to deal with problems caused by Expedia!โ
โVery clean. Surrounding area is very safe and quiet. Easy commute into and back from city. Parking a minor inconvience, but back up lot is very close.โ
โIn addition to being an amazing faclity, all of the hotel staff were incredible. We'll be staying there again during our next visit to Charleston.โ
โa nice hotel, but the breakfast was quite disappointing..a paper box with a sugary muffin, a sour fruit cup, and a tiny cup of orange juice. not thoughtful or satisfying.
To make matters worse, getting this breakfast required scanning a QR code, visiting a third party website, and entering my personal information just to make a reservation. Honestly, it might have been better not to offer anything at all.
No one would expect to go through this much trouble just to get such a mediocre breakfast...
