- What an amazing one bedroom condo! This is a great space to wind down, relax and enjoy the unbelievably beautiful views! You can't get closer to the beach than this. Great furnishings, 42" LED TV + DVD player installed in the living room and a 26" LED TV + DVD player installed in the bedroom! New appliances -dishwasher and side by side refrigerator/freezer combo -stainless steel gives the kitchen a refreshing and UPDATED feel. FREE WI -FI! The updates in late 2016 include new box spring and mattress ; new washer and dryer; new stainless microwave and range ( now all kitchen appliances are stainless ); new art above the couch; new rug in sitting area; new balcony furniture.
