I liked people/staff and the in kitchen suites however, ice maker didn’t work, stove took a really log time to cook anything (high isn’t high), the shower valve didn’t pull up tight to allow the most pressure and everything is very much out dated. The cord to the phone was loose, the TVs are not smart TVs and the guide channel is extremely blurry. We were there in the middle of the week, 1 hour before check in and they wanted to charge extra for an early check in when clearly, they had plenty of rooms available. I get it, it’s policy and income. But considering the property, I would go out of my way to make every guest feel extra welcomed and be willing to make an exception. Also, I thought it had a pool, this may be Expedia’s error. Overall, it’s not horrible but I’ll stay somewhere else next time.
