Very clean. The staff was very helpful. I can mention Mr. Diyar, the boy who brought complimentary fruits, I noted his name, because he exceptionally welcoming. Transportation transfer is very reliable.

Great hotel! Highly recommend!

This hotel is taking a major hit due to its restaurant and room service. The food they have is all microwaved food which is not even as good as microwave food. They are also priced as if it’s fine dining. The hotel also is relatively new but there is a lot of wear and tear which speak to the quality of fixtures and materials used, very cheap. Location only plus point is being close to the mall but the struggle for finding food near by is extremely hard and the hotels food as I mentioned is not edible. I most likely would not stay here again regardless of the competitive price. There are a select few members of staff that are nice but that cant do much to help. If the restaurant was good and had decent room service I would consider staying again and maybe push up the rating.
