"The hotel was ok. Air conditioning was lacking. DO NOT stay there for the airport shuttle. The pick up/drop off spot isn't at the hotel. Its about 300 yards away at a parking ramp. No fun with a lot of luggage and hot weather. Also the pick up/drop off at the airport isn't really in front of the airport. Its at a medical center that's adjacent to terminal 1. No stops for T2 or T3. Not good. I called the hotel more than a dozen times for clarity on where to pick up the shuttle at the airport and they never answered the phone. I had to ask a different driver for help. Complete pain to use their shuttle."

10/10 Excellent

"There is no air conditioning in the rooms. No fan to turn on at the thermostat. Record heat. We slept but very warm. Staff works so hard and seemed to be short staffed. But we had no complaints. They were trying so hard to make everyone comfortable. The shuttle is excellent. Rooms are big and well appointed. Second visit and have recommended to others. Clean rooms and lobby. Very good food and a variety of choices."
