Very quiet and highly convenient location, close to public transportation and friendly staff. Lobby was clean, well lit and inviting. The room and bathroom was very clean, comfortable and while compact, didn't feel too small. The breakfast was delicious and a great start to the day with lots of simple options. Definitely would stay here again.

This is a ibis property, and was a decent stay. The staff was very helpful, and the check-in area was good for a short coffee break. The location was good for our trip, near the main Frankfurt train station and not too far from the city center. The breakfast was actually really above and beyond. The hotel layout was a little confusing, and we did not get our reserved room type (4 single beds vs 1 double & 1 pullout). Overall good stay.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr Zentral so das man alles gut und einfach zu Fuss erreichen konnte. Sollte es dochmal etwas nach außerhalb gehe, waren die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel nicht weit weg und damit alles schnell zu erreichen. Was für andere etwas sehr störend sein könnte wäre die Dauer laufende Lüftung im Badezimmer. Aber wir waren so kaputt von Tag das es uns weniger gestört hat.

The hotel is an ibis, that information was discovered after looking for the hotel for 10 minutes around the area, so I do not understand why it is advertised as Ambassador Hotel. The staff was very polite and the rooms have good space, the bathroom not so much. The TV is SO SO small that it is impossible to watch
