The property management folks were on the grounds everyday and although its largely a self service property, they were very accommodating to our needs and requests. The hotel also sits right next to major freeways a rail-lines which is awesome! Great experience

It’s a real gem! The view from the outside is not particularly inviting, but on stepping through the main doors, you are immediately struck by the beautiful reception area. Good property, new, quiet. Easy to walk to town along the river at day time taking about 30 minutes . Need to transit at main station to get on S8/9 to airport if you take U6 train. Need to make sure train is operating otherwise suggest to take Uber.

Staff was excellent from the check-in to the concierge.

I enjoyed staying at Staycity. loved the mini kitchen. The room was nice felt welcoming. great shower. neighborhood right around the corner was a grocery store and I pasted several great looking restaurants only a very short distance away. it also was very quite which is important for me. close to the Airport and the shuttle was on time. will use this hotel again next time.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at. From the moment walking in to the moment leaving, the staff was extremely hospitable and helpful. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Even the smell when you walk into the lobby was luxurious. I look forward to returning each time I visit Frankfurt.

Very nice stay.

My family and I enjoyed in this modern hotel close to a shopping mall and supermarket. Many restaurants options around if you do not want to drive. If anything, I would say it is not in the downtown..

Next to the Fair and shopping center and Mr Frank was very helper at reception

Very warm and welcoming staff on arrival and throughout our stay. Helpful with recommendations for dining, sightseeing, etc. Very good free wi-fi. Very good breakfast with lots of hot coffee. We had been on a hectic trip for a number of weeks and this hotel was a very welcome respite. In many cities, even in Germany, the area near the train station and the hotels there can be somewhat grim. This one was bright, airy and clean and in a quiet residential area within a ten minute walk from...

Nice place. Right next to grocery store. Walking distance to many awesome things. Comfortable bed, clean linens, excellent breakfast.
