“Our check in experience was not great. We waited 2 hours past check in time and 2 of the 3 rooms that I booked almost a month before were still not cleaned. We actually had to take a down grade on one of the rooms just to get in, missing dinner reservations. “This resort was awful. We got there and were told that the main pool and access to the beach were not accessible. Beware of the extra fees they want to charge you as that added another 130$ to the trip. The rooms were big but not clean and hair was all over the room. The location was terrible with nothing within a 15-20 minute drive of the resort. I highly recommend you look at other places.
