This hotel is fantastic. It’s small and quiet. The perfect place for a quiet relaxing holiday. The staff were super friendly and the breakfast was great! I will definitely stay here again!

This is a great location convenient to the old town and the train station. They have a very good breakfast offering. The staff are super helpful.

Good location but be sure to book parking if driving otherwise you'll need to use a public parking garage, which depending on when you go (we went during the Christmas market season and it was insanely busy) you may need to walk a little. The room was spacious and even had a balcony, and overall the hotel was very clean and comfortable. Shout out to the staff at breakfast. Super attentive and friendly.

The staff were so kind and very helpful. We did not partake in the breakfast, looked good though. They were kind enough to bring a hot water kettle to my room so I could make my tea. An extra they had was a bowl of fresh fruit near the elevator and some individual wrapped candies you could take with you. Beautiful hotel, quiet and centrally located you can walk into town. A wonderful grocery/deli just across the street and a Woolworths next door to purchase anything you may have forgotten or some souvenirs to take home.

Excellent hotel in a superb location with an extremely helpful staff. We left our jackets at the closet and they immediately sent them by mail to our next hotel. Convenient parking and great breakfast buffet. Minutes away from the center of town, a lovely hotel in a beautiful town!

What a wonderful stay. The hotel is conviniently located about 3 to 5 minutes walk from the main train station but far away enough that its quiet. Is it very near the altstadt, another 5 minutes walk. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was decent. The room is very clean and cozy and the bed was most comfortable. Honestly if I do come to freiburg again, I'd definitely stay with post hotel freiburg once more.

This is our fourth time to stay at the Park Post Hotel. We consider this our home away from home when we visit beautiful Freiburg. The staff have been the same for the last years of our visits and are so welcoming each time we visit. The hotel is full of charm and interest as each of their rooms is dedicated to a literary author from Germany who have stayed at the hotel themselves. It has a wonderful intimate feeling. The breakfast is always fresh and delicious. The breakfast room is rather small and can be congested especially on weekends. The staff make the best of a limited situation that their is no remedy for but certainly worth the stay regardless. We have made many fond memories during our stay at the Park Post Hotel and have invited other friends to join us and they have loved their stays as well.

Wonderful hotel in scenic Freiburg overlooking a park. Easy walk from the Bagnhof. Close to old town. Wnonderful breakfast. The staff was very welcoming to us and all tourists we saw there as well. The property is very clean and well maintained. Plenty of places ti catch dinerr, especiially around the Church. I really do suggest the property for anyone who wants to visit Freiburg.

Excellent hotel with perfect location to explore the old city. Book the garage otherwise the parking situation is difficult. AC in the room which is great. Breakfast good but limited options for vegans. The theme of the hotel is literature with German books everywhere which is lovely. Would come back.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and well presented but the bathroom was poor. To use the shower, it was over the bath but the bath tapered away to very narrow at the end where you stand to shower. Not quite sure how " bigger" people would use it. We don't like showers over baths at any time but this was terrible. Breakfast was fine and staff were lovely. Car parking a bit complicated but worked out thanks to gps.

What an absolutely delightful experience! This gem of a hotel is located in a picturesque little town with a stunning medieval cathedral and gorgeous streetscapes. The hotel staff went above and beyond, offering complimentary chocolates and water, with a breakfast to die for. Say yes to this hotel, but leave room for us because we will be back!
