No room service everyday, no AC working, room was very hot and not enjoyable to stay, no TV for 2 days out of our 3 nights stay, very poor internet, works barely sometimes. Had to go to reception to ask for towels, for shampoo, for toilet paper! It’s a 2 star hotel max. Unfriendly staff and poor attendance. Used to go there when it was olivarius and it was just perfect. Now with new management and their new name Cowool, quality...
