“This property was a lucky last minute find. Only 15 minutes from UMD, where my son attends. Can safely have windows open overnight and let the Lake Superior waves lull you to sleep. It is a basement apartment and home owners were not present, so I can’t speak on that. Very nice patio with grill as well as wood burning chiminea, both of which we used and enjoyed immensely. “We have been visiting Duluth and the North Shore for about 20 years and this stay was wonderful. It was perfect for my family of 4. We had our own rooms and a separate living room, full kitchen, 2 bathrooms. It was like your own home away from home. The property itself was quiet (except for the lawn mower at 8 a.m. one morning). It was a nice stay away from the busyness of town, but a short, beautiful drive to the attractions. Would definitely recommend! ”
