The hotel is in a great location on Canal Park, in Duluth, MN. The rooms are clean, good size with comfortable beds. Breakfast was tasty with many choices. Overall, I'd highly recooment.

The Suites Hotel at Waterfront Plaza
When we got to our room there was urine in the toilet.

Canal Park Lodge
Room clean ,bed comfortable , staff friendly, nice breakfast. No issues w stay again. Nice family place. Walkable to activities in Canal Park area.

Beautiful property in a great location. Very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. The only negative was the bed was uncomfortable and creaked every time you moved which made for a difficult sleep.
