French West Indies, Caribbean hotel rooms at the Relais & Chateaux

We stayed for 5 nights and loved the hotel but what made the stay so special was the quality of the service from Marion Idalia and the entire staff They were amazing so helpful and knowledgeable about the island. We felt as if we were staying with family. The hotel is charming as well with large rooms that include a large outdoor patio

Pauline & Jeremy!!! Fantastic warm welcome! You can tell that these owners absolutely love their guests. Too many details to mention from the private jacuzzi to concierge services provided by Pauline. Beautiful interiors, comfortable beds. Gated neighborhood 5 minutes on foot to Orient Bay beaches and restaurants. Good old fashioned bed and breakfast atmosphere. Oh!! The amazing, not-to-miss breakfast! Highly recommended.

This was truly perfect—better than we could have hoped for. Spotlessly clean, wonderfully quiet, and full of great ambiance. The pool and jacuzzi were fantastic. Amal and Bertrand were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay.

Great room and location

My wife and I loved this place. It was smaller and quieter than your typical hotel or resort. The hosts provide a nice little breakfast each morning (croissants and baguettes with local jams, plus fresh fruit and juice). The pool is nice, as are the views. The property is a good location on the island, in my opinion. Easy drive to Anse Marcel on the northern tip (phenomenal beach up there). For the location, staff and service, amenities, conditions of the room, and the price, this is your best bet. Right on beach, breakfast deliver every morning. Everyone that works there is great and helpful. Super helpful with making reservations for dinner, spa and car rental. Provide shuttle pick up to and from airport or ferry. Only one complaint is that throughout the day there was a very foul odor that came from the drains/gutter. Not a true disturbance but it definitely was not...

We arrived after check-in time but the manager was waiting to take us to our room and give us our welcome rum punch drinks. The room was neat and clean and had everything we wanted. The next morning we walked onto the spacious balcony and were greeted with a magnificent vista that included a view of Caribbean waves breaking on a rock formation, lush vegetation and a vista that went on for miles. This is the perfect place to have an ocean view room that is beautifully done. The hotel doesn’t offer a ton of amenities, but it’s in a great location on a beautiful beach. Come here to enjoy time with a partner, have access to beach restaurants and activities and rent a car to explore the island. Our concierge, Junior, was amazing and saved us by getting our passports to us after we had already arrived to the airport!

The property is perfect for people who don't want to be in the "mix". It is on a hill away from the action and very quiet. Not walking distance to anything. The resort itself is quaint with beautiful views. Perfect for relaxation.

St. Pierre is the most beautiful and natural part of the island. The TiPelican was perfect for our family of four. We were looking for a luxurious, romantic hotel for a 25-year anniversary get away. Hotel French Coco was perfect. Met every expectation. Immaculately clean, set within a beautifully manicured tropical garden, unfailingly helpful staff, remarkable attention to cleanliness, 2 minute walk to idyllic Caribbean beach, 4-minute drive to surfing beach, and close to spectacular national park, the list could go on and on.

We spent 4 nights at La Hibiscus. Really enjoyed everything about it. Florian gave us a free upgrade to the Jasmine suite. Large, comfortable bed, great shower and bathroom. Great terrace for sunning and looking at the mountains. We had the pool to ourselves which we loved. Very hands off approach by management which meant great privacy which we like. Only 5 minutes to Orient Beach….great choice of restaurants including a couple of breakfast places. Will definitely come back. FYI….renting a car...

Very helpful staff. Great views of the beach and ocean. Only negative was the need to leave a piece of ID as opposed to a security deposit in order to borrow beach towels.

First time to the island. This resort was absolutely beautiful. Two areas for sun and beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas, water sports… we never had to wake up super early to get a chair which was awesome! The hotel, which is only a few weeks old, and which is owned by the same people who own Sol E Luna nearby, is a classy, first rate property, right on the beach in Grand Case, with a staff that couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. All nine rooms have balconies with full ocean views. The design and styling are very contemporary and absolutely perfect. And, oh, the dining scene in Grand Case can't be beat!

I spent two wonderful nights at the Redoute Paradise and I must say you get value for your money. The rooms are neatly clean and the garden atmosphere is breath taken..Patrick and his wife are very friendly people. I would recommend anyone to this place.
