โVery grateful for the clean & accommodating first floor room as Iโm in the midst of moving so I had a lot of belongings! Staff at the front were extremely helpful trying to help me fix a mistake when reserving an additional night. โ
โPeople smoking right by front entrance was gross. Refrigerator and microwave appliances were not friendly: refrigerator smelled like sour milk;microwave operation was screwy (key pad was not intuitive). Room 309.โ
โQuiet, clean, close to shopping and few minutes from Mohegan casino. Wonderful woman at front desk was very helpful and pleasant. I decided to stay at this lodge since the casino was charging three times the rate and for me, it wouldnโt be worth it because Iโd be spending most of my time out of the room anyway. A nice place to stay for a reasonable price. I would recommend to anybody and I will be back. โ
โMy third stay at Gus Gianetti's Best Western and it was great as expected! My dog was welcomed and greeted by all staff. Rooms are a little older but well-kept and all was clean and tidy.โ
โRoom clean perfect water temperature for showers plenty of towels friendly staff too. Iโm sorry but I believe this is the BEST motel Iโve stayed at in Wilkes Barre and will return here from now on. Perkins next door and walkable to Wawaโ
