Was fine for a short stay.

Didn't spend a lot of time here. The Casa was decently appointed and had a great view. It is on a steep road and is a bit out of the way. The Casa does not have central heating and the portable heater provided can only heat one room at a time. The building is a duplex, with two units for rent and sound passes pretty easily between them.

entäuschender Aufenthalt

Wir haben uns für eine Nacht einquartiert, da wir die Vulkane in der Nähe besichtigen wollten. Die Fotos im Internet sahen sehr einladend aus, anscheinend waren die aber von der zweiten Unterkunft einige Straßen weiter. Unser Zimmer entsprach keinesfalls den dargestellten Bildern. Stattdessen hatten wir einen lockeren Wasserhahn und eine rostige Dusche. Im Wohnzimmer vergnügten sich hingegen Käfer. Leider passten die angegebenen Checkin Zeiten nicht mit den Öffnungszeiten der Rezeption überein. Selbst die aushängenden Öffnungszeiten vor Ort wurden nicht eingehalten und so haben wir den Schlüssel im Briefkasten hinterlegt. Achtung auch bei der Anfahrt, die Apartments liegen nicht 100% an der angegebenen Adresse, die Anfahrt per Navi ist daher sehr schwierig, aber die Dorfbewohner helfen gern. Insgesamt wirkte das Apartment aber lieblos und nicht sehr gepflegt. ABER, der Ausblick vom Balkon aus raus aufs Meer war wirklich toll.

A éviter absolument

La réception est inexistante, et cela a été à nous de nous plier aux horaires du gérant. L'hôtel est en fait des chambres disséminées dans un village où il n'y a rien à voir ou faire, et le soir où nous y étions, tous les restaurants à 10 km à la ronde étaient fermés (un dimanche, donc pas de possibilité de faire des courses non plus). Pour nous aider, inutile de compter sur le responsable, plus préoccupé de vérifier nos passeports et l'authenticité de la carte de crédit que de répondre à nos questions. Le bain à remous est une fumisterie, mais l'appartement était correct.

Great view and really easy going staff

we went there to be closer to the Transvulcania Ultra trail starting point. The staff helped us and also took some other guests to the starting point at the Fuentcaliente Light house.

Fin beligenhet

Generelt godt. Veldig bra opphold. Det eneste negative var at rengjøringen og bytte av håndklær var var dårlig. De var veldig gjerrige med toalettpapir, vi måtte kjøpe vårt eget inn imellom. Veldig kald bungalow på denne årstiden.Sikringene tålte ikke en varmeovn. Personalet var veldig hyggelig.Noe som er en sjeldenhet,er masse varmtvann,det var det mer enn nok av her.Veldig bra terrasse. Det blir ikke opplyst på hotel.coms om at boblebadet må du betale 50 euro for å bruke.

Angenehmes nettes kleines Haus

Nach einem nicht freundlichen Empfang durch einen Mitarbeiter, der wohl für die zum Unternehmen gehörende Autovermietung arbeitet, haben wir dennoch ein gut eingerichtetes Haus vorgefunden, das ohne Mängel war und gut gelegen ist. Alles passt und ist völlig OK.

Accueil limité au strict nécessaire, pas de réception. Appartement propre mais froid. Le bâtiment dans le style du pays est très réussi. Bon séjour malgré le froid et le manque d'accueil
