"Should put link in emails to parking spots. When inputing the hostel address in google maps, it makes you turn crazy places and even tries to make you go pedestrian ways. Aside from that, nice place, typical noise at 2am from young adults that don’t know better, clean showers and linen."

"Lovely hotel close to Neuschwanstein Castle and nearby lake. Service was excellent and half board was a great option to relax after a busy day site seeing. My teenage girls loved the pool too. "

"The hotel and staff are outstanding. From the moment we walked in to check out, we were well and truly spoilt. The room was beautiful, clean and spacious. Everything you needed and didnt know you needed were supplied. The breakfast was delicious, the spa and pool were an added bonus after busy days exploring. Rita on reception was lovely and made our stay run smoothly with so much information and help on transport, trips, restaurants, tickets etc. The location was perfect too. Thank you for a truly wonderful time. Highly recommended."

"Love this hotel just at the bottom and in between 2 amazing German castles. Clean and comfortable rooms, best breakfast in Europe. Spa is relaxing too. Parking available for a cost. The dinner restaurant is not my favorite tho, too fancy. I prefer more simple or traditional dishes. This is my second stay at this hotel and would def recommend "
