Furano overall is a worth visiting. A good mix of tourist sites (flower fields, blue pond, etc.) and farms featuring fresh produce and delicious snacks.

The tablet check-in does not work, and it also failed for other guests the day before and in the same day. The provided phone number is unreachable. Nice 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms. Has a 2 in 1 washer and dryer. Summer lots of parking lots so no worries about shortage.

It's a quaint town with many cute hidden cafes. The Heso Festival is a unique experience to see if you can make the trip (July 28-29).
Great ski destination wth beautiful snow.
Furano ski resort is mega expensive. 5,000 for a 5 hour pass (more than Niseko). No Onsens in town, just at the Prince hotel and it’s very pricey. Quiet town. Nothing to really do there besides skiing.
Furano is a beautiful place in Hokkaido. Local sea food as well as fruits and vegetables are delicious.
