“Helpful staff, good breakfast and clean rooms.”

“The parking was good, always available . The room was pleasant. The food was good. The problems were - the position on a hectic main road, I didn’t see it mentioned on there review. The heat, though the weather was not hot you could barely open the windows and then had to shut them because of the noise of the traffic and then there was black mold on the bottom of the shower. The staff were pleasant though breakfast was not explained very well!”

“It was reasonably clean and the bed was comfy. There was an issue where there were some towels missing on check in, but they were replenished eventually. Very good for the price”

“Beautiful modern hotel with great rooms and location.”

“grubby room, broken and damaged furniture, very cold with no instructions how to operate the air con unit, bad stains on the wall in bathroom, paint damaged and flaking, curtain rod broken.”

“Very tired - room large but furniture very old and rooms in need of a refresh.”

“Everything”

“Perfect little stay in Cardiff! Lovely location, easy to get into the city but out enough to not have the city weekend noise. Rooms were cozy and super clean, lovely comfortable bed, sofa in the room and nice large bathroom. everything you could need! Owner is the loveliest gentleman ever, nothing is too much for him & incredibly kind. Would absolutely come back next trip”

“Room was clean and modern and good size for one person……wonderful location close to Cardiff castle and city centre….. beautiful big park close by…..excellent location with the National Express depot 5 minutes away for transfers to London airports or Swansea…. Pub itself and surround on the premises were run down and dated….. needed some money spent to tidy it up….”
