The room was extremely hot with no air conditioning, so we had to open the window—only to have insects come in. The bed sheets had holes, the towels smelled awful, and I found something gross under the bed that I’d rather not describe. The toilet didn’t flush properly, and worst of all, I found bed bugs and had to kill them myself. The whole place felt neglected...

“Could not figure out how the ac worked and was not able to cool room effectively. Weather was warm during our stay. Had some minor electrical issues but were corrected promptly. Convenient location close to the subway entrance. Quiet area in the evening. Clean and comfortable. supermarket close by. Would definitely stay again.”

“It was a lovely roomy apartment with everything we needed provided. The Apartment was larger than we were expecting which was a lovely surprise. It had two toilets, a very big bathroom and a balcony with table and chairs. Close to a supermarket, pharmacy, local restaurants and the underground station was across the road from the apartment so made it very easy to get around. It was a short walk through a park to the Schonbrunn Palace. If we went again would definitely book this apartment.”

“Great location with easy access to public transportation. Supermarkets and shops for daily essentials are nearby. The accommodation was quiet and clean, and communication with the staff was easy and quick.

“Great location. Great apartment. Good condition. Beware of difficult parking lot, narrow entrance, steep and narrow lamp up/down.”

“We stayed here as a family and had a lovely stay.”
