Hallway smells like marihuana . Room had broken shower handle . When asked about at front desk to have it fixed was told no one available till tomorrow afternoon! I received key to other room 5 room down same hallway and was told you can use this room to shower . When opened that room (tv was on , bed looked like someone came out of few min ago , pizza on the table , towels on the ground) . Walked back to room the hallways dirty with cups in the middle. I checked out asked for money back and left . At least front desk Lady did not have an issue with it, was polite and returned $.

Its okay if youre only staying one night. Its pet friendly and you can tell by the smell, they dont separate the rooms that are and arent. Supposed to be a breakfast bar but is not replenished at all. Sheets are probably machine washed but stained, just replace them at that point. I think its understaffed, only one person working at any point, sometimes front desk is unmanned.

Very noisy and old hotel
Very Old lobby, painting and carpet. I had bug in my room. A lot of noises from upstairs neighbours at 3 Am. No telephone to call lobby and complain. Terrible breakfast. I do not recommend this hotel

Not completely satisfied
Hotel was not very clean and outdated. Other occupants were very loud and the quiet time hours were not enforced by staff. The beds are super hard but clean. Trash had not been taken out so room had a smell. If you just need a cheap room, this hotel is ok but if want any comforts at all, this is not your place.

Understaffed, lacking in supplies
There was one person in front desk that seems to do everything -- checking in guests, providing towels, doing laundry, etc. The requested bedsheets & pillows for our sofa bed were finally available after 3 attempts. They were given to us directly from the laundry, unfolded in a plastic garbage bag.

I was given an option of two rooms. One stated to be better than the other. One smelled of wet dog and the other had a leaking shower faucet which made the room smell of chlorinated water. Fortunately, I only needed the room for a single night. These rooms clearly need maintenance and attention.

Do NOT stay here! Keep driving!
Worst hotel I’ve ever been to. There is only employee trying to check people into rooms that weren’t available or had no mattress. She spoke broken English which made it difficult to explain that we booked a room with a king bed but she said they have not king beds even though it showed up online. The lobby is so dingy and uninviting. Hallways smelled like cigarette smoke, cat pee and maple syrup. When checking mattress for bed bugs, found crumbs and dust all over the box spring. Surprisingly no bed bugs but did have a spider. The shower floor looked like it needed cleaned. When I went to the front desk for bedding for pull out sofa, I was handed a wad of balled up unfolded bedding. We were there only 2 nights to sleep and stayed away as long as possible during the day. There were no trash cans at entry or lobby so people were throwing trash in a pile outside of door. There is so much more but I never want to think about this place ever again. Do not stay here even if it’s the last place in town…keep driving!

The room was not ready at the time of check in, I was giving a different room than what I had paid for. It was imposible to sleep in the room because of the strong smell of weed, I tripped several time because of the carpet by the bathroom was lifted up. The furniture with stain and ripped off. Cabinet falling apart. When I went to the front desk I waited almost 30 minutes but no one showed up to complain about the room so I decided to leave and not stay in the place. Very dirty and cockroaches everywhere. Bad bathroom and very bad bedcovers/ bedsheets. Bad small in the elevator. I kill over three cockroaches in the room and one on the bed. And quickly left the hotel. The hotel should be closed down for massive renovation or disinfection asap.

Roach Motel!! Learn from my mistakes!
I should have seen the red flags as soon as I walked in the lobby. It smelled of pot and smoke, and there were dust bunnies along all the walls. My third sign was that the room we booked was the last king be and the toilet was broken. The front desk offered to cancel and refund or move down to a queen. I should have canceled right there and then regardless of our rushed scheduled to get to an event. Instead we made a huge mistake and agreed to take the queen. We should have just refused when the front desk employee had to go check to see if it was clean. I thought we were desperate and short on time, trust me we were not that desperate! On first glance we were pleasantly surprised when we got to our room. It looked generally clean, if a little worn down with chipping paint and shower coating. We got ready for our event without a thought, but we learned our lesson later that night. I got out of bed and turned on a light and saw movement. Roaches! They have ROACHES! We killed three but saw more. We thought we saw a huge one on the ceiling, but thank goodness it was only the empty battery casing for the fire alarm sticking out. I learned if they don't pay attention to the details in lobby why would they pay attention to the details in the rooms. The smell, chipped paint, and a fire code violation were the least of my worries. Do not stay here unless you want to room with roaches!

Staff was absolutely great…they were all very accommodating. But the hotel looked like it hadn’t been renovated in years…the rooms were clean, but the couch had stains and the shower handle popped off during use. The hotel lobby and elevator looked run down. Also didn’t appreciate the guest who used the hotels parking lot as a place to work for on his car.

Check those fees!
Took a while to get a cart to bring all my stuff and one dog to the third floor. I was told at checkin that my confirmation didn't include a $25/night pet fee which they then added; I don't recall any mention of that fee when booking. I could have stayed at a Super8 for less than half the price and been just as OK.

I ended up not staying because the room was very dusty, cigarette burns on the carpet and in the toilet sink.
