โI had an incredible experience at this hotel. The staff are great and make sure you have the best stay possible. They are very welcoming, smiling, available and patient. I am thinking in particular of Ahmed and Waleed Ahad. The breakfast is also very good, varied with excellent service, I think of Aamir and Phone. Moreover, the hotel is super clean and has a very good cleaning service. โ
โThe staff were very friendly and super helpful. I forgot the reception manโs name but he spoke with respect and was very hospitable. The rooms are average but I will stay here again
The man in reception works the night shift, he deserves a bonus for his customer service! Top man I hope he sees this review and feels proud for the work heโs done

โThis was my 2nd stay at Al-Madinah. Again it is off the beaten path in a construction contractor area. Then again Muscat does not have an entertainment area of bars, discos, restaurants like other countries. Thus with the exception of the mall hotels few to nothing is walkable. This hotel give a great price for those of you who already have malls at home, so the mall hotels are really not special to you. The only persistent issue is one of the South Asian front desk workers (this is not singling...
โReally fabulous hotel from the moment you walk through the front door. Clean and comfortable rooms with Fast Internet and a smart TV. Good selection of shops and restaurants nearby as well. Bus number 8 from the Airport also stops nearby the hotel. Great staff there as well.โ
โWe had an absolutely wonderful stay at Aloft Hotel Muscat. From arrival, the hotel impressed us with its welcoming atmosphere, spotless cleanliness, and beautiful fragrance. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly maintained.
The lobby and entrance areas are inviting, with books, a pool table, and foosball. The pool area features fun dรฉcor, tables with built-in chess boards, and a variety of games. Facilities like the sauna, jacuzzi, and gym made it easy to relax and stay active....

Somewhat noisy by the airplane (but not that much)
Airconditioner was noisy and couldn't turn off so i should call the maintenance.
The size of our room was minimal and layout of shower was uncomfortable. ( but it's ok cos i didn't spend much time in the room)โ
