โLocation, Staff, Facility was so good.
Swimming pool was not that big, but has enough space and sunbed to have sunbathing. Sauna and Spa was excellent. Staff were very kind. Great stay.โ
โBeautiful hotel with a mix of historic charm and modern luxury. Staff were welcoming, breakfast was excellent, and the rooftop bar had stunning views. A little outside the old town but taxis are affordable and easy. Perfect for a relaxing, stylish stay. โ
โWe came to this hotel not very happy because we had to pay for my 2 kids which I was told where not in my reservation although when i did my booking I put my 2 kids and their age Expedia told me I didnโt put them. Itโs wasnโt true but because I had no time to check for any other place I had to pay 490โฌ extra. โNous avons rรฉservรฉ cette chambre en urgence due ร lโimpossibilitรฉ pour nous dโatterrir ร Funchal, Madรจre. Malgrรฉ une arrivรฉe le dimanche et un petit couac sur la chambre initialement rรฉservรฉe (le lit nโรฉtait pas fait), le personnel nous a immรฉdiatement proposรฉ une autre chambre qui รฉtait meilleure que la premiรจre, et notre sรฉjour dโune nuit fut reposant et agrรฉable.โ

โThis hotel is a dream. It has everything you can wish for located in a paradise resort. The botanical garden is in itself a marvel surrounding the various swimming pools. There is a gym, bowling alley, diving club, tennis, billiard, hiking on the hill at the back of the hotel with exceptional views.
