"One week stay at resort. Resort is clean but is older and could due with a facelift. Restaurant food was good, but the reservation process is a little confusing to work through. Buffet is not large by comparison with other places we have stayed but it is open air although covered. Problem with that, birds and flies getting at the food. Staff do their best to fend of the birds but the birds could be seen picking at food on tables, clearing stations and displayed food. On weekends, there is a large local population that comes onto the resort, resulting in lots of noise and drunks throughout the days and into the late night. Would I go there again, as a couple no. If a group of family or friends decided to attend this location I might. "

"Went in March '26. Picked this hotel in part because fo the advertised, "Best Breakfast Buffet", it was NOT. Probably one of the worse buffet I've been to in a while. No variety and no flavor. Hotel itself was in good shape for it's age, but FYI, there ongoing very loud construction next door that starts around 7A so do NOT expect to sleep in. The hotel was empty given the recent issues but staff would NOT give room upgrade on request."

"The perfect all-inclusive (or not option) close to airport with friendly staff and 4 fantastic restaurants (Mexican, Italian, seafood, Japanese). Kid friendly with 2 pools & hot tub. Beach service with food & drinks. Staff are super!"

"Staff were wonderful. Food was mediocre. Seemed to be same thing day in ,day out. Italian restuarant was a joke. Was really nice having the choice of marina or beach each day. Great location. Biggest complaint was food. "

"This was my introduction to an all inclusive vacation in Mexico, so I have little to compare it to. Our room was large and clean with a comfy bed and dual sinks in the bathroom. Hot water was not always available, but not a huge issue. The property was beautiful and well kept. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the local wildlife (raccoons, cats, iguanas) that hung out near the pools sometimes. The buffet meals were great with plenty of options for all diets. The a la carte restaurants were the only element we found a little disappointing. Location is good... Close to the airport, and easy to catch a bus or taxi\Uber to the Malecon and Zona Romantica, or the marina."
