"We had a lovely, relaxing stay at Domaine Jean-Got. The hosts were very friendly, spoke good English, and the check-in smooth. The domaine is close to the river and the small town of Branne, well located to get to Saint Emilion and a few other nice villages. Most of all though we just enjoyed relaxing on site on the terrace and pool. We also loved the miniature donkeys! Just so you know when booking, the jacuzzi and sauna are not included and cost an extra €75 per session."

"The check in staff was quite rude - she made us wait another half an hour to check in without a proper explanation. Staff should be taught customer service as it is the guests that keep them in business. The apartment room had all the basic amenities, cookware, utensils and plenty of storage. Welcomed by a sweet couple who were very attentive to any possible needs. The home and room are lovely, super clean, well kept and quiet. Our host, Clement, was a storehouse of information regarding the area, and fun to chat with as he is a wine maker and quite knowledgeable about the history of locally produced wines. Without doubt, we would gladly stay there again.
