"Overall a goid stay a little rocky in the beginning with a problem with included breakfast between the hotel and expedia. Resolved on day 2 all good. Breakfast was good room was very nice excellent housekeeping"

Always fully used, since hotel also house government sponsored long-term stay families with children (like public housing). "

"The staff was wonderful and friendly. Niels in particular was very kind. The breakfast buffet (paid) was very good and the bottle filler was a nice touch in the lobby. I was surprised that the room was a little dated considering how nice the lobby was. Carpet was a bit dingy and the lack of shower door was a mess, causing water to spill out of the shower and onto the floor. "

"The only good thing I found about this hotel, especially for my family trip, was the free secured parking, as I was travelling with the car, and its very close and convenient location for getting to Keukenhof. The hotel is very old, and the rooms badly need repair. The cleanliness of the room was also very poor, with a really dirty floor. I cannot say anything about the breakfast, as we booked without it."
