“깜빡하고 팁을 못주고 와서 죄송하네요. 직원들 친절하고 방넓고 주방도 넓고 쓰기 편했어요. 그런데 외부 주차장이 유료라 돈이 많이 나갔네요. 저녁이랑 이른아침에 주변에 노숙자들이 많아서 좀 무서웠어요. 그거빼고는 괜찮았습니다. 침대 상태도 괜찮았구요. ”

“Fenix Hotel is a modified apartment complex that is now run as a hotel. The concept is cool, modern, and honestly works great! It is very close to walk of fame and Chinese Theater! There are gates with codes all around the property, it is very safe. The rooms are clean, and well stocked with everything you need and more. Several families that were staying in the hotel were very clearly launching there for days at Universal and Disney. Overall, it’s a fun, unique stay in the heart of Hollywood. ”

“Incredible location where near the oceon and people who works at the front desk was very kind. BTW, the room 7 right next to the rear door was so bad. I and my wife had to wake up every five minute at mid night because of the other guests come back by it. ”

“I can't communicate with the staff, and the road noise is serious. There is a problem with the electrical system. The center of the bed matris was so soft that it was personally uncomfortable. 1. I didn't receive an e-mail telling me to reply with a copy of my passport before checking in after the reservation confirmation mail. This e-mail arrived on the second day. I checked out on this day. “베벌리힐즈 중심부라 걸어서 어디든 가기 쉬웠어요. 공원이나 여러 명품매장, 레스토랑과 마켓까지 산책하듯 걷기 좋고 일단 호텔 관리가 잘 되어있어 오래된 곳이지만 만족스러웠어요. 조식은 종류가 다양하지는 않아도 먹을 만하고 조식먹는 장소가 예뻐서 식사시간이 항상 기분좋았어요. 다만 호텔 화장실 샤워기 수압이 낮아 쫄쫄쫄 맞아가며 샤워한 점 빼고는 다 좋았답니다.^^”

“I absolutely loved this apt and hope it is available the next time we visit LA. it accommodated our entire family, and we felt welcome and at home. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, grocery close enough, and transportation (train). Parking was not convenient in the evenibg, but that is expected in downtown LA and has NOTHING to do with the apt itself, just our poor planning. 5stars”
