“일반적인 호텔이 아님 (예상과 같이). 일반 주택 건물을 리모델링하여 건물 일부를 객실로 임대하는 방식. 늦게 도착하여 메일로 받은 번호키로 체크인. 방은 리모델링 되어 매우 만족. 시티 Tax도 봉투에 넣어서 내부 우편함에 넣고 여권은 사진찍어 보내고, 아침 식사는 서랍에 넣어둔 쿠폰을 들고 근처 카페에 가면 빵 몇가지와 커피를 줌. 3.5유로 정도 가치. 2.5유로 추가로 내면 오렌지 갈아서 줌. 완전 현지인이 된 느낌. 떠날때 키는 드랍박스에 넣고. 결국 직원(주인)은 한번 도 못봄. 그러나 매일 청소, 침대 정리, 수건 교체 등 하우스 키핑이 있음. 처음가는 곳이 아니라 현지 사정을 좀 알아서 그런지 처음 갔을 때 호텔에 묵었을 때 보다 더더욱 만족. 다음에 가면 이용할 의사 있음.”

“This is an amazing property located slap bang in the centre of La Spezia old town with restaurants, bars, cafés and independent shops on the doorstep. We had the duplex suite with a large lounge-diner area and bathroom downstairs, then a bedroom with massive bath tub and a further bathroom upstairs. “Nice and clean room. Very helpful Francesca had some great travel tips (good restaurants, nice places to visit). The hotel is a bit far away from the train station in a not that interesting area, but you could walk to the ferries to Cinque Terre and there was a bus stop close by where you could catch a bus to Leriche or the train station in La Spezia. ”

“Although we only had one night, it was New Year's Eve. The fireworks and party were just outside the hotel, but it was still nice and quiet in the room. Great location for everything walkable, including a great walking path on top of the old city wall. Great food options close any time of day.”

“Very spacious room and bathroom, very clean and very quiet. The room had an A/C unit and this was the heater too. There was a communal kitchen free to use which had coffee machine and hot water for making a tea and there was a fridge in there. The rooms are on the third floor and the rear of the property overlooks the old amphitheater which is now a square with a few restaurants. “Dit verblijf is in een woord top. Simpele incheck, aardig personeel, een prima ontbijt, en een bijzonder ridderlijk ingerichte kamer ( we hadden wel de grootste). Het gebruik van de tuin was erg fijn, we mochten er ook onze fietsen parkeren, tot slot het mooie centrum van Lucca is op loopafstand van het verblijf. In een woord, een aanrader!”
