“In a great area and rooms/balcony were clean as advertised. WiFi worked great and the view from the balcony was beautiful. Staff were super friendly and helpful. My partner said breakfast was pretty good too. However, the pool isn’t really heated (a few fountains are but not the whole pool) and housekeeping left dirty linens that weren’t ours outside our door for a whole day. “ It was a fully booked hotel but we were able to to find parking alright. The staff were very nice. However, our room had a very concerning odor, like must mixed with urine. The Door to our building had issues and sometimes would not open with our key card. The pancake machine and juice machine were not functioning properly. ”

“I paid 1058.00 hoping to enjoy a quiet getaway. The hotel is nice and close to everything, at least it seems. I had ants all over the balcony which I did not realize until attacked. There were never enough towels in the bathroom and staff was rude when I requested more. The hot tub didn’t work properly and the young man at the desk (not the black one) had an entire attitude when queried about it. “This property is immaculate! Bedrooms are HUGE and open space of kitchen and great room is an EXCELLENT gathering area...and at the back of the house - so no outside disturbances. Great location to navigate both Orange Beach and Gulf Shores along with inland communities. Although we had some challenges with the internet; service staff was extremely helpful (over a holiday) and rectified the situation in a timely manner. HIGHLY recommend this property. ”

“This hotel exceeded my expectations for the price. Nice pool area, decent hot breakfast bar and very conveniently located across from Tanger Outlet shopping and next to another shopping plaza. Not even 10 mins away from OWA and many other attractions and restaurants nearby. I will return for another stay when I’m in the Foley/Gulf Shores area. ”
