The hotel was in a great location. We hiked the Twin Creeks Trail the first day there which was just a short walk from the hotel. The hotel was just a short walk from the shops in downtown Gatlinburg but far enough to feel like you were away from the busyness of downtown. Also, great staff!

Great location, room was nice staff friendly. Enjoyed the outdoor seating and fire pits. Bath was nice and roomy. Deck overlooking stream made for a nice atmosphere. Will stay there again.

The location was less than ideal - pretty far away from downtown. The room was great, lots of room. Breakfast was typical fare; scrambled eggs, sausage, juice, wafflemaker.
