"The signage from the main building to the other building/parking/checkin needs improvement. First impression was terrible. Parking lot at the main building was chaos. Realized after pulling in that i was supposed to be at the other building. Gps was confused on how to get there. Took me through the parking deck, guy in front of me ended up frustratedly turning around when it seemed to go nowhere, we persisted and ended up at the top. Brought luggage through the front doors to check-in. Evidently the side door was where you line up. Got passed in line by some rude lady who just walked up & hopped in line. Shuttled over to the main building, no signage for the shuttle, no orderly fashion to keep up with who got there first & therefore should board first. Ordered a pepperoni pizza, 20min later got a cheese pizza instead. It was thankfully refunded. Quality of food was unimpressive. Water park area was clean, tho i can’t imagine how packed it would be in-season. Kids got Mollys shakes on the way out, said they were gross, threw them out. Went out to catch the shuttle. Got pushed & shoved and separated from my children by crazy people who thought they were entitled to be first on even though they had just come out & we had been waiting for almost 30min. Shuttles need more seats or more buses. Security/attendants necessary for shuttle waiting area as well. Housekeeping tried to walk right in my room at 9:15 without knocking. Will not return, do not recommend. It was clean tho."
