"Our room was clean and roomy for a family of four. The building seemed clean and smelled good. The shuttles were convenient to ride down to the waterpark, with friendly drivers. The kids had a blast at the waterpark, and we enjoyed having something indoor like that during cold weather. Towel service was convenient. Items in small shops and breakfast are expensive, but just go out or get some breakfast and snacks to keep in your room. "

"We so enjoy every stay at the Arbors! The staff is amazing from the front office to the cleaning staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable. 24/7 swimming pool can't be beat. And donuts in the office or pancakes acroas the street, both delicious. This is our favorite lodging in Pigeon Forge. "
