"I don’t know, our room we had reserved for almost a week was given away to an award member and we never received a phone call letting us know until we were checking in. "

"The shuttle was good. The room was decent with a nice bathroom. The problem was the internet. It was unusable all night and morning too. I needed to get things done on my laptop and the signal was too weak. That ruined the stay for me and I left early so I could go somewhere else to get work done. Not ever going back"

"What a great property- Carlos at the front desk was so fabulous and many staff we encountered were the same. We came for Arnold and walking distance to eating and shopping. Their breakfast bar was scrumptious . Lyft was only 15 mins to downtown. We are definitely booking here next year."

"Pool was closed. Room was not ready upon checkin. We had 3 rooms. All three were not vacumed. Front desk was a hot mess. Another guest came up and said they walked in on someone because they gave them a room with someone in it. Definetly will not stay there again."

"Staff was friendly. Bed was perfect. Bathroom very clean. Pool was nice. They were remodeling, so it’ll be great next time. Breakfast had nice variety but did not taste very good."

"The shower is super slippery, there were kids running around like animals and the doors slam instead of closing gently. No wash clothes in the shower area and no garbage can. It was o.k but I wasn’t impressed for $270 for one night."
