"They make you take any garbage in your room out to the dumpster yourself, or they charge you! They don't have breakfast, they don't have coffee, and they will charge you a fine over just about anything they can think of in your room. I spent 10 minutes signing page after page after page of rules before I could even get to my room. DO NOT STAY HERE!! There are cheaper and FAR better options in Davenport!"

"Took us 3 rooms for them to find one that was acceptable. 1st room had a bad odor n heat wasn’t on, second room not as bad but heat wasn’t working. Finally the 3rd room was okay, still crappy but the heat worked. There was not a real breakfast, all they had was a pancake machine and some coffee. Might as well spend $10 and get a nicer room. Wouldn’t go back again"
