실망스러운 숙소
세면대, 욕조 등 배수가 잘 되지 않음. 욕조 배수 상태에 문제가 있어 룸 교체했는데, 업그레이드는 커녕 더 좁은 룸. 전체적으로 겉모습에만 신경을 쓰는 듯함. 관리 상태 별로임. 호텔 주변 환경도 좋지 않음.

처음 체크인 할때 예약 fee라고 하면서 10만원 넘는 금액을 더 청구 하더라구여..ㅠㅜ 원래 호텔규모에 비해 싼 가격은 아니였던 터라 완전 바가지 쓰는 줄 알았습니다..ㅠㅜ 그 외에는 직원들도 친절하고 객실도 좁긴하지만 나름 쾌적하고 괜찮았습니다.~시내 한복판에 있어 접근성이 좋더라구여~

we stayed for 3 nights only. the hotel is comfortable and delivered what was expected. It was nice to be able to get the free Geneva local transport organised at the hotel. I think it is more a swiss governement thing but greatly thankful for the hotel to organise it for us.

We loved the situation, very close to all the amenities, train station and lake. The room was spotless, very comfy bed and large bathroom.

La zona en la que está ubicada el hotel es insegura, donde se palpa de cerca la prostitución a una cuadra del hotel. El elevador viejo, pequeño, los pasillos para el acceso a habitaciones estrechos, alfombras desgastadas. Visitamos durante nuestro viaje muchos hoteles, siempre buscando lo mejor y esta fue una muy mala experiencia. No recomiendo este hotel de ninguna manera.

Annoying noise
The reason why I give such feedback is because it occurred huge sound in my room due to the air conditioner. What made it worse was that the time was about 1pm. The staff was kind and changed the room for me. But because of this terrible situation I didn’t have a nice experience.

Was expecting a little bit more from this hotel actually, but the room was nice, clean, and spacious. Hotel was quiet, and I don't think I ever saw the bartender or anyone at the bar. Location wasn't bad, but some nearby streets felt a little risky and not so clean while we walked through.

The most problematic aspect was the noise, the noise from the street but also noise from people above you in the building. It’s an old building so you can hear people walking around above and next to you. The property is a little dated and could use a refresh in the rooms. It was difficult to access as the road in front does not allow for cars to stop so getting a taxi or being picked up is difficult and a bit dangerous. The staff were friendly and helpful however the morning breakfast was limited and not very fresh. Overall the experience was good but not sure if I would return again.

The reviews about this hotel are fake. The hotel absolutely does not correspond to the description. It is not a 4 star hotel, there is no "VIP access". It is mentioned that there is parking; there is none. The room was so dirty and smelly that we left the hotel without sleeping there. We were unable to get a refund... A well-established scam...

East West hotel is excellent, the service us impeccable and the staff was incredibly helpful. The wait staff at breakfast was firstclass with a warm greeting and very attentive. My colleague and I had a wonderful stay and this is one of the best hotels in Geneva.

Great hotel in a good location - very central and accessible but also right between top end hotels and red light district. Make sure you turn in the right direction.

The front-desk staff and breakfast server were all wonderful. The room was well-appointed although, due to a fire next door, the AC did not work. Staff promptly provided us with fans and arranged to comp our breakfast. Fridge wasn’t cold but overall, a pleasant and convenient location near the train station.

Da vi ankom til hotellet blev vi mødt af en venlig dame. Vi havde bestilt værelser langt fra elevatoren, men vi fik værelse lige ved siden af elevatoren. Nøglen virkede heller ikker så vi blev nødt til at gå 3 gange ned i receptionen for at få en ny nøgle. Ikke en eneste gang gik de med op for at låse op. Vi fandt sorte hår i sengen og på gulvet. Sengetøjet lugtede surt.

We asked for a room away from the elevator, and got a room next to the elevator. I had to go down to the reception 3 times because the key didn’t work. In the bed we found long Black hair. Not the best experience ever

Great Location, Beautiful Decor!
Overall, this was a very clean hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. And we were very appreciative for the washcloths! For the expensive room rates, I think breakfast should’ve been included.
