Helpful staff on the phone guiding the process of self check-in. Was smooth. Nice clean room but no kitchenette as the name apartment would imply. Great location. Only one English language TV cable channel with signal.

This was a solid hotel for a couple nights in Geneva. It was conveniently located a couple blocks from the train station, so it was easy to get to with all of our luggage. The staff were nice and welcoming. While it was conveniently located, the room was a bit warm so we opened the window at night - it was on a main street so it was quite loud. The main reasons for slightly lower ratings was because the glasses in our room were dirty and while the codes were necessary for safety, we had to use the codes 3 different times to get to our rooms. Overall, a solid place for a couple nights.

PROS: Great location with lots of cafes/restaurants at doorstep. Comfortable & quiet. Excellent & very accomodating staff. Free laundry facilities- great for travellers to catch up with washing. CONS: Lack of storage space. No ice available on premises - had to go to sister property 400 m away if you wanted ice.

Room ventilation not good. Check out time at 10am seems a bit early based on my experience with other hotel stay. The hotel use access code instead of a room card. Not my type. General feeling is I expect a better management by Mont Blanc. The good thing is this hotel is near to the Geneva Station. Good for you in case you need catch a train in the morning.

We had a great stay here. The rooms were clean and well organized. The bed and room temperature were comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located with great restaurants just outside the door, and with only a five-minute walk to the lake. The only challenge we had was checking in. We knew that check in was not until 3:00pm but hoped to leave our bags at the desk. However, when we arrived around 1:00pm, there was nobody at the front desk. There was a kind service personnel who helped store our bags for us. Also, many hotels provided guests with a travel card to use on the local trains, but we did not receive this. I am not sure if it is because the property is not officially a hotel, but it was surprising to hear that this seemed to come standard at all hotels in the city. Overall, it was a great stay for the value!

While the apartments were clean and bathroom/showers worked well, we had a few issues with this booking. First of all, we were told we need to "check in" 24 hours in advance but were not provided with a web site or instructions on how to do that. We met another couple the next day who was having the same issue. We were in Geneva on one of the hottest days of the year and the air conditioning in the building was not working. We were eventually given a fan to help with air circulation, but were very uncomfortable. There was no one on site to speak to and we had to handle all communication over the phone and via email. Overall, we did not enjoy our stay here.
