" We originally booked two nights and we loved it and then we proceeded to book one more night We asked for clean sheets on the last night and never got them, shower gel and never got them and also towels and never got them. This happened on the last night we stayed there and we had no towels or clean sheets."

"The towels had stains on them. The tub had stains in other people’s hair all in the tub to the point where I just washed my children up because I wasn’t comfortable giving them a bath in that tub. The floor is sticky and it smelled like vomit in the room. I brought air freshener to make my children have a comfortable stay. Hotels.com stated there will be room service stated and I received room so it’s not one time while I was there. The website also stated there was Wi-Fi. We had zero Wi-Fi the entire time we were there when trying to connect is said the router needed to be reset and when I contacted the front office, they stated it’s probably because I have my settings on my device that were blocking us from accessing the Wi-Fi. Two towels and two rags for a family of five because they were nasty and had stains on them. I didn’t even ask for more. The only good thing about this hotel for us was people kept knocking on our door giving me and my children food, which was a big blessing! They spoke of the community, which I adored!"

"Staff were very nice and efficient. The property was clean and I loved the colors. The rooms were nicely laid out and felt spacious. The lobby entrance is a little tricky; it isn't where you think it is, but that was just minor. Parking was ample and well-lit. I didn't check out the gym. We got in late, went to bed, and left early the next morning. They have a water filtration station (like in the airport) so nice that you can fill up your water bottle. Although we didn't eat breakfast, the options seemed nice enough for something quick. We will definitely stay there again. "

"The room was advertised like a queen bed but it is full size. If choosing double bed it is not meant for 4 average size adults Double bed says sleeps 4, yes if kids are going to sleep but not meant for two adult or youngsters to sleep on one of the double bed. The double bed is a full-size bed. not queen size bed. Sound from the road is quite loud. There is no one to one parking against each room directly. There is no breakfast you can get coffee or hot water. "
