โWe really like our room 302 with an amazing view.
Everything was clean and very tightie. We didn't have any issues with check in or noises even tho the hotel is located next to restaurants. AC worked perfectly all 4 days we stayed here. And room service was every other day. The staff as we friendly and informative. I have nothing negative to say. โ
โThis is my second time staying at the hotel, and I cannot recommend it enough. The location is perfect for exploring the city and makes it very walkable to everywhere youโd like to go. The staff is very kind and accommodating. They will ensure that all of your needs are met. The breakfast has so many options and is always delicious. The restaurant on the property is also very nice and if you donโt like the food from there, there are many many restaurants in walking distance.โ
โLoved staying at the Swissotel. Realised on Day 2 how great a location it was to see.more of Tbilisi than jist tje tourist areas, which are readily walkable.
Staff were fantastic, David at Olives especially and the Reception team could not have been more helpfulโ
โI wasnโt expecting much, but this place really delivered. My room was clean and super comfortable, with everything I needed. Breakfast had good variety and the coffee was excellent โ strong and freshly brewed. What stood out the most was the staff โ incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help. The central location made everything easy. Would happily return.โ
โI have stayed at many hotels, but this one is at top of my list. It is comfortable, super clean and everything is thought of such as even providing toothpaste and toothbrush which i never seen at any other hotel. Thank You!โ
โHad a fantastic stay! The service, comfort, and atmosphere were excellent, and Iโll definitely be coming back. The only small downside was that the roof top trace was unavailable during our visit, but everything else more than made up for it.โ

Was a little bit tricky to find, due to sharing building witj other hotels and also looking a bit like a regular apartment complex. But well inside it was great!โ
โIt is close to the city centre (if you like walking), the view and breakfast are incredibly beautiful. the staff were extremely hospitable and very interested. the room was designed to meet all my needs. I did not need anything extra. Tbilisi is a beautiful city. When I come here again, my preference will be this hotel again.โ
