Spotlessly clean, the apartment (Deluxe Studio 2) had everything we needed. 10 minutes walk to the supermarket and Bayerisch Gmain train station. Lovely walks around the local area and a short walk to Bad Reichenhall. Communication was great with Claudia, the owner, and all smooth checkingbin and out. Nice size balcony with incredible views!"

"The room worked out really great for 2 adults and 1 child, who had a really cozy sleeping space just for him. The location was great: walkable to the main street in Garmisch and we walked every day to the gondola for Garmisch Classic ski area. Also walkable to the main train station and Zugspitze. We would definitely stay again!"

"This was our second stay at Hotel Schwabenwirt, and once again, it didn’t disappoint! It’s a great hotel in a fantastic location. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained. The only things that would make them even better would be a coffee machine and a small fridge. The staff are excellent—friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to help with questions about the area. The restaurant downstairs is fantastic, and the breakfast is just as impressive! The location is incredibly convenient. Just across the street / roundabout, you’ll find the train station, bus connections, a grocery store, a liquor store, and a sports shop. The town centre is also just a scenic 10-minute walk away, and the walk itself is part of the charm. All in all, Hotel Schwabenwirt is a fantastic place to stay, especially if you want somewhere comfortable and convenient for exploring the area. We’d happily stay here again, and will!"

"The setting was beautiful and the room lovely although we did have mosquitoes in our room, probably because the window/door was open upon our arrival to give us fresh air. So we didn’t open it anymore and consequently we were very warm at night. The breakfast was quite good with lots of options. The pool was very nice and refreshing. All of the staff were helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed Joseph, our waiter."

"The property is built on a hill which has a beautiful view sof the mountains. ,It is a little difficult to find the hotel in the dark. There are rooms in the main inn and apartments that are a couple blocks away. The staff was extremely helpful as we came in late in the evening and the receptions made many phone calls to find a a place to eat where the kitchen is open after 8:30PM"
