Thank you for your valuable feedback. I will share with maintenance and housekeeping. The carpet is relatively new and shampooed continually, but the color and type unfortunately show every mark and mostly coffee spill guests have. We hope you enjoyed the convenience of the adjoining rooms, and found our staff helpful and friendly! We are due for a refresh after the first of the year, so we are looking forward to that. We hope you remember us should you return to the area in the future.

Funny thing....our carpets are the newest part of the hotel all replaced in 2019. We are hoping for a renovation this winter and ideally, carpet will be replaced with a composite in the guest rooms.
